Jan Warnke is head of the excellent GERÄUSCHMANUFAKTUR experimental music label and is responsible for numerous interesting music projects. High expectations were more than met with his submission for this label as these three tracks truly make for a breathtaking listen.
The atmosphere overall is very ghostly and threatening. Beautiful dark drones provide the backbone of these tracks; all centered around otherwordly sounds and whispers. Tensions are built and lead often dismantled in order to give the whole listening experience a nerve-wracking quality.
From ethereal drones over disturbed dark ambient to ice cold black metal gaze, this album takes hold and doesn't let go.
